This would never have happened under Clinton
It seems that every day presents us with a new crisis. Some, like the threat of an avian flu pandemic, will require the work of many minds. Others crises are narrower in scope, and require the leadership and talents of a single person. Only one man, William Jefferson Clinton, could possibly lead us out of this one.
