Ok, I’m going to tell you something useful for once.

I really like hot sauce, and I’ve tried brand after brand after brand. Most are just novelties, something like “Suffering Sphincter” (I did not make that up). The best hot sauce I’ve found is Sontava Habanero sauce. It comes in XX and XXX varieties, both are excellent, hot but not absurdly so, and with superb flavor. Here’s a link so you can see what the bottle looks like. Those guys are charging a premium. My local Lowe’s supermarket carries Sontava for under three dollars a bottle. I tend to get four or five bottles at a time.
