First, there has been a disturbing trend over the last decade for this age group to treat sex as “hooking up” — no emotional content past a hand shake. I don’t get it. But the erotic cakes sounds brilliant.
More importantly, what ever happened to taking over the adminstration building or getting shot by the National Guard at a peace rally? If you’re gonna do other things beside go to class, it seems to me the student protesters of the 60’s were doing a better job at distracting themselves than this generation.
But I’m an old fart, what do I know? Maybe college is just all about slashing at any cultural norm you can find, be that norm sexual or political.

I think you over analyze this. I don’t think people go to naked parties to slash at cultural norms. They go to get laid.
