The Congress has a mandate to end American involvement in the war in Iraq. The proof of this mandate is (ostensibly) the outcome of the most recent election. If that is true, then certain senators ought to do what they promised.

TEHRAN (AFP) - US warplanes have violated Iranian airspace in the southwestern oil province of Khuzestan, the Arabic language channel of Iranian state television quoted a local military chief as saying on Sunday.
The Iranian air force should force those planes down and try the pilots as spies. Here’s hoping.
