Green Inferno

I have argued that the arguments of many proponents of anthropogenic global warming are religious, not scientific. Today I learned via Classical Values that Vanity Fair magazine agrees with me.

The Classical Values piece is not to be missed. I content myself with republishing a couple of illustrations borrowed from it. Note to self: I must have a copy of that magazine.

Below we see an illustration of Dante’s Inferno: the Green Edition. On the earth’s surface we see the two modern saviors, Al Gore and the Prius.

But who are those poor doomed souls in the lowest pit of hell? Lets take a closer look.

Surprise, it’s Bush and Cheney. No doubt damned for scuttling the Kyoto protocol.
