God’s eye

Hat tip to the Fresh Bilge blog, which I recently started reading. It introduced me to this amazing photograph, which deserves a wide audience. As does FB. The Spitzer Space Telescope image gallery has a ton of great deep sky photography.

    Thank you, and Fresh Bilge, for presenting this great photo in the secular context it belongs — stripped of the religious connotations that ruined it for me the first time I saw it.
