Physicist John Archibald Wheeler has died at age 96. Richard Feynman, a student of Wheeler, is said to have remarked “Some people think Wheeler’s gotten crazy in his later years, but he’s always been crazy.” Considering the source, that was a great compliment.

I don’t commute much by many people’s standards, but I do manage to spend maybe 30 minutes to an hour in the car on most days. I squeeze some use out of that time by listening to books on my ipod. I want to pass along two sources of books in mp3 or mp4 format.
