A Florida district court has upheld the conviction of Richard Paey by a 2-1 margin. The Agitator reports on another botched SWAT raid. The usual drill, wrong address, innocent family terrorized. This one is a bit novel in that the raid is over porn rather than drugs, and mighty strange in that it features a special guest officer, bigger and badder than Shaft, the one, the only, the Shaq.
